Chile at the Lima International Book Fair 2025

From 18 July to 6 August 2025, Chile will take part in the 29th Lima International Book Fair in Peru, with a 40 m² stand where it will display and sell works by a range of Chilean publishers.

This edition commemorates the 80th anniversary of Gabriela Mistral's Nobel Prize, and her legacy will be present in the stand's graphics, designed by Marcelo Parra. The Chilean delegation, organised by the Ministry of Cultures, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and ProChile, will include renowned authors, illustrators and publishers, who will also take part in panel discussions, talks and presentations during the event, reaffirming Chile's cultural and publishing commitment in the region.

The fair attracts thousands of visitors every year and is a key space for cultural and commercial exchange between countries. Chile's presence has historically stood out for its diversity and quality, strengthening ties with Peruvian audiences and promoting bibliodiversity and Spanish-language literature.
